Our goal for our development programs is to create an integrated approach to recruitment and retention that illuminates and eliminates barriers for music educators of color through engaging content and learning opportunities (PD based learning communities, conferences, etc).

We plan to do this in four areas:

  • Sustaining - Biennial Conference, 12-week PDL for School Districts

  • Advancing - Biennial Conference

  • Innovating - create MEOC pipelines in underserved communities

  • Evaluating - Pre and Post data from learning communities and conference participants
